We have experienced nothing but success with
brides shipping their fresh wedding bouquets to us. It
is very important that you follow both our care instructions and our shipping

Care
Instructions
1.Make sure you water your flowers as soon as possible.
2.If your flowers are in a holder, water the holder.
3.If your bouquet is a hand gathering, unwrap the stems and cut the bottom of the flowers.
Place them in a vase with warm water.
4.Place your flowers into the refrigerator until you are ready to ship them to us.
5. Try to assign someone that is responsible to ship your fresh flowers.
6. It is best to ship your flowers to us the Monday after your wedding.
Shipping
You will need to call ahead for
our shipping address. We do not want to take the chance of a bride shipping a
bouquet when our freeze dryer is full.
Items you will need to
purchase:
1. 2 large ice packs
2. Large styro foam cooler
3. Old rag, towel or shirt. (we will not return it)
4. Padding materials: Paper towels, napkins, toilet paper.
Make
sure that the ice packs are frozen solid before you ship the bouquet!
A. Place the ice packs at the bottom of the cooler.
B. Place an old rag or shirt on top of the ice packs.
C. Place your bouquet on top.
D. To keep your bouquet from moving around, lightly place tissue paper, paper
towels, or even toilet paper around the bouquet.
DO NOT place anything heavy on top of your bouquet!
E. You will need to OVER NIGHT your bouquet to us.
F. Enclose your name, address and phone number in the cooler.
We recommend the postal service (if they will guarantee overnight delivery.) You
will pay between $25 - $40 for overnight delivery.
We DO NOT recommend UPS or Fed Ex overnight delivery unless it is an
emergency They can charge up to $175 for overnight your flowers.
