Give Thanks Floral Preservation ~ Terms~ For our customer's convenience, this page can be printed. Contact us before your flowers are delivered for preservation. Payment in full is due at the time we receive your flowers. Terms· Give Thanks Flower Preservation will not assume liability for any damage to the flowers prior to their arrival at Give Thanks. · Replacement flowers are available for a nominal cost. · Because Give Thanks' creations are all custom designed, all sales are final. · All costs for changes or alterations requested by the customer, after the keepsake is completed, will be added to the customer's account. · Customers will be notified via phone and mail of the completion of their keepsake. · Canceled orders will be subject to the surrender of the deposit and the completed keepsake. · A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.
